A few days back I, Lisa was having brunch with my dear friend Renee. We were seated in our most favourite restaurant, Capital Grille. She was a long time friend of mine as we had done our schooling from the same institute, Falmouth Academy. We had really spent some fun time during those years, going to the movies, chatting endlessly and many more such things. But with the passage of time we have become successful, grown-up individuals.

I was telling her about my daughter. I had bought an activity jumper for her a few months back. But, it seemed she had outgrown it and hated going inside it. She just started screaming whenever we made any effort to put her inside it. Hearing this, Renee gave me the idea of buying a walker for her. We made a thorough search on her laptop and considered various options both of makes and brands. There were models from the eminent houses of Graco, Chicco and Fisher Price. We also discussed different options of wooden baby walker and pink baby walker. But, as I was more concerned with her safety we settled for a wooden baby walker – Early Learning Centre Wooden Toddle Truck with blocks. This model is very stable with rubber strips covering the wooden wheels. The blocks come in various colours and shapes. As the child stacks these shapes it learns colour and shape. Also it improves his gripping and hand-eye coordination. Toys added to the mirth and all these factors made this walker a sure winner and we settled for it.

As soon as I had brought it home my daughter was overjoyed and prefers to spend a lot of time in it or with it. I felt relieved and soon got in touch with Renee to thank her. She has promised to turn up at my place within a few days to see my purchase and also to see how my bonny baby is enjoying her walk. I have asked her to bring her kid alongwith and am now looking forward to their visit.
